All personal information is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we never sell it. We do not share it for any purpose beyond running the service and producing your Saju analysis. Doing that requires a small set of named processors under contract (hosting, payment, AI model, analytics), each listed in our Privacy Policy along with what it receives. Birth data and consultation queries sent to the AI provider carry no name or email.
